Application
The heater base contains an array of high powered resistors which increase the chamber temperature of a detector fitted to the heater base by approximately 10°C. It is recommended that the heater base be used in conjunction with either a waterproof base cover, part number 45681-519, or a deckhead mounting box, part number 29600-217. The use of these accessories will reduce the risk of moisture ingress. Note: The waterproof base cover is used for surface wiring and is not normally used in the United Kingdom.
